Learning Agreement Leipzig

Travel expenses are reimbursed by the host institution. The host will send each agent a “subsidy agreement” containing mainly details of the financial conditions. LHHH students have the opportunity to study in another European country and expand their social and cultural skills. They learn more about the academic system of a foreign university and its teaching and learning methods. Financial assistance is possible for a stay of three to twelve months. PhD students can also apply. University stay is supported in all participating countries. “My contacts with the Altorian Institute of the University of Leipzig began more than 10 years ago, when Professor Michael P. Streck and I together founded a research team with the study of Akkadic literary compositions (SEAL: www.seal.uni-leipzig.de/). All eligible students are contacted by the International Office immediately after the choice of a university entitled to Erasmus. The host institution sends a Teaching Mobility Agreement to the HUJI faculty member who defines the program for visiting destinations and the program and forms the basis of mobility. The form must be confirmed and approved by the agent, the sending body and the receiving organ.

Please note that applications for Switzerland pass through the SEMP programme and must be directly at the Swiss University before the end of January. Please inform the overseas counselor at an early stage of the university where you would like to apply for advice on the respective procedures. Please note that the proposed modules may change. You will receive your final calendar at the beginning of the course period. If necessary, you can change your learning agreement accordingly. Each candidate has 2 hours. Non-classical recordings are not recorded in the chamber music room. In this case, please contact HMT`s sound master, Mr. Seifarth, directly to make an individual appointment in the Dittrichting. All modules are taught in English.

A sufficient knowledge of the English language (B1/B2) is required. Students are invited to present proof of knowledge of English when applying. For more information, click here. For audio recordings related to Erasmus applications, the following periods are reserved in the chamber music room: after the closing of the tender, the selection of the outgoing candidates is carried out by the evaluation committees of the Hebrew University in accordance with the rules of the Erasmus programme – which requires “a fair, transparent and documented competition guaranteeing equal opportunities for people with reduced mobility”. All payments are calculated daily based on the confirmed duration of studies abroad.
