Memorandum Of Agreement Consultant

The Advisor acknowledges that the Consultant may receive or obtain confidential information about the Company during the performance of this Contract and, therefore, the Advisor confirms that all such information relating to the Client`s activities is treated confidentially by the Consultant, unless such information is communicated to the Office or Support staff or the Consultant`s staff, so that the advisor can fulfill the advisor`s contractual obligation. This Memorandum of Understanding: Consulting Services Agreement (“MOU”) must be signed as a non-binding draft term document between a single independent consultant and his client.
